Since 2005 he is active in developing medical tourism. In April 2008 he launched the 1st European Congress on Health Tourism in Munich, in April 2009 the second congress took place in Budapest (ECHT 2) and the EMTC2010 was completely managed by HCSI in Venice 2010.
He is CEO of HCSI which he founded in 2008. Several
conferences and projects are on its agenda today.

Michaela Seebacher, born 1971, had a medical study before she engaged herself in active prevention and preventive studies on the impact of mobile phoning and noise on health. Studies for asthma treatment of children and young adults. She finished a professional education as an alternative practitioner in Germany.
She prepared medical evaluations on drug addiction and psychiatric diseases of young adults.
2007 - 2009 she was a medical tourism consultant for an international patient service company in Munich, before she joined HCSI.

She was involved in the whole organization of ECHT 1 and ECHT 2 as well as the EMTC2010.
As a marketing and organizational assistant she configures and manages the conference project teams for congresses.
She supports the CEO in the development and setup of new projects.
